 Involved in both strategic planning and Day to Day Operations activities and targeting the schedule with effectively every month
 Preparation of daily log sheets and work progress reports
 Involved in site work, arranging the consumables & material as per site requirements
 Arrange the work to various places in site areas & allocate the manpower to complete the work in suitable time.
 Co ordination between sub contractors & main contractors to the requirement of site works.
 Conducting the minutes of meeting with sub contractors & monitor the same for work progress.
 Monitoring the daily activities and Inspection of completed activities at site as per approved drawing and specification
 Maintain the quality control records as per quality control procedures with respect to the project requirements
 Maintain the report for each operation for completing the one penstock.
 Reporting of Incidents, Performing Failure analysis, Corrective & proactive measures, to avoid repeated failure
 To initiate energy conservative measures and implement the same
 Maintain proper Hygiene at IDC & Audit Readiness of the site on 24 * 7 * 365 Days
 Conducting the review meetings, monitoring incidents, co ordination for failure analysis and vendor evaluation
 Attending Client meetings and maintain all project related documents
