Involve in planning / designing of Steam and Condensate Supply & Return for the steam traced lines for the
whole plant. Developed Steam & Condensate Manifold location plan and prepared steam traced isos for Lead/
Tail tracers to get the final MTO.

Project scope: In this project, Mineral processing will be carried out by conventional flotation methods to produce
copper and molybdenum concentrate. It is a work share project from Fluor Santiago Office to do its Detail
Engineering at ND. It is an Automated and fully Integrated Project.
Responsible for Piping Layout & all piping deliverables as per Client Standards & Specifications keeping
consistent quality in the Project. I am Coordinating with Prime Office (Santiago) for developing / designing the
piping layout & S3D model. Apart from that I am involved in piping lead activities also.

Project scope: There are Multi Well Pads for High Pressure, Medium Pressure & Low pressure.
Visited at KPJV-Almaty Kazakhstan office on an assignment as a reviewer cum checker for 3 months.
Primary responsibility to yellow off PIDs based on Isometrics to be IFCd as per project PWIs / standards keeping
consistent quality in the Project.

Project scope: It’s a project for storage facility of 5 services like Diesel, Gasoline, Kerosene, Jet Fuel & Gasoil.
New Delhi scope was to provide MTO (Manual + S3D dump), Composite Transposition along with sections and
S3D modelling. It is a work share project from Amsterdam Office to do its FEED activities upto 30% Model
Review.
Responsible for design, Piping Layout & all piping deliverables as per Client Standards & Specifications keeping
consistent quality in the Project. I was Coordinating with Amsterdam Team for developing / designing the piping
layout & S3D model. Apart from that I was assigned for layout designing of PV Manifold. PV Manifold having 17
Pumps & approx.620 plus MOVs. To fix all Pumps & MOVs in the designated foot print area (70.0m x 50.0m) on
plot plan, was a challenging and an interesting task for me. Prime Office appreciated the ND efforts.

Project scope: It is a work share project from AV Office to ND Office for detail engineering to enhance the
capacity of Isomerization unit. Visited AV office for Piping Alignment meeting for 2 Week.
I am involved in Design coordination and supervision for both units (ISOM / NHT). Resolving design issues &
inter-discipline issues, efficiently. I was Coordinating WebEx meeting with AV office, along with Area Lead &
team. To maintain consistent quality in the Project, I used to provide latest Job Instruction, Latest DRIs, Key
Schedule dates, etc. to plan their activities and interact with them regularly. It was successfully completed within
schedule with quality & quantity and was appreciated by the Prime Office and the Client with “Job Well-done”.

Project scope: It was a workshare project with Fluor Dublin, Greenville and New Delhi offices, in which ND to
provide IFC Isometric extraction service.
The challenge was to to extract and issue 1200+ isometrics in 6 weeks and later the Isometric count increased to
1570. It was successfully completed within schedule with quality & quantity and was appreciated by the Prime
Office with “Job Well-done”.

Fluor Reliance JGP Project
12/2013 to 09/2015 Jamnagar, INDIA
Project scope: LTHR was the one of the Open Arts unit in Reliance JGP Project. It’s a Sin gas recovery unit
plant.
I was assigned LTHR area as an Area Lead after completing 30% MR with client. After 30% MR, there are many
design changes have been done by revising our piping layout, stress analyses, etc. to optimize the design. We
have save huge quantity of steel and spring supports by redesigning our Air cooler main piping along with stress
analyses and for that LTHR Unit got Client appreciation also after 90% MR
