 Proven experience in Establishing, deploying, implementation and monitoring of Quality Management system (QMS) for project in Line with ISO 9001:2008 and Project Specification.
 Leadership role at senior Management Level in successfully applying the Quality Management system at project
 Monitor QA performance of other departments through KPI and Audit . Chairing Management Review meetings to apprise Top Management on QA/QC progress.

 Review and approval of the Contractor Quality Management System not limited to Quality plan Quality Policy, Quality Procedures and Format
 Conducting Monthly Quality meeting with the Contractor on bi weekly basis to discuss current Quality issues and follow up of all pending quality issues
 Issuing NCRs and SOR (Site observations) to the Contractor against NON Compliance issues observed related product and process
 Follow up with contractor on closure of NCRs within stipulated time and reviewing the root cause remedial, corrective action
 Reviewing the Contractor performance KPI Key performance Indicators through established system of scoring
 Reviewing of the Contractor deliverable Monthly/weekly QA/QC reports, testing frequency compliance, Lesson learned, status of Code B documents, Trends analysis
 Reviewing and commenting of Quality Monthly reports , Test compliance frequencies , Site QA/QC Questionnaire

 Conducting First and second party audits on Contractor,sub-contractor and suppliers and also pre-qualification audits on Proposed suppliers.
 Participate as Auditee during Audits from External agencies (QSD-ANAS,KBR, certification agencies). Follow up with in the Supervision consultant team and the Contractor for timely response to Audit findings (CAR/ Observation) with proposed Correction/ Corrective action
 Arranging Quality training to project staff on QMS creating awareness on Quality System.
 Reviewing and commenting the quality plans of supplier and subcontractor
 Reviewing and commenting submittals such as MAR(Material Approval requests), MST(Method Statements) and ITP received from the Contractor
 Setting Quality objectives, Quality policy and monitoring the performance of Quality objectives at regular interval.
 Presenting Quality Management review to management on performance of Quality Management system
 Successfully implemented corrective action to prevent re-occurrence of non-conformity to avoid repeated violations.
