Summary

I have over nine (9) years’ experience in Health and Safety Management. During this time I have obtained the following qualifications: NEBOSH IGC 1 and GC 3, SAMTRAC, Incident Investigation, Advanced learning from incidents Investigation analysis (Level 4 and 5 Incidents), Mine Health Safety Act 29 of 1996 of South Africa , Occupation Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 South Africa Legal Liability, Working at Heights, IRCON Construction Safety, Hazard Identification and Risk assessment as well as operational Risk Management of Anglo American.

I am an extremely energetic and highly motivated person, with a gift for solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment. I have exceptional interpersonal skills and can build vast relationships with colleagues and clients to the company’s benefit. I am able to communicate effectively and to work under great pressure.

Develop a risk and critical control register, covering all PUE’s and maintain the information in this
register by importing PUE’s from the functional risk management information.
Implement and maintain an operational risk register in line with AAP format, risk profiles and targets.
Execute issue based risk management for the sites priority unwanted events.
Produce risk management reports for the General Manager as required.
Implement and comply with the records management system for all documentation relating to the
