More than 7 years of work experience on various positions and various projects for FOCUS ENERGY LTD. Joined the company in 2010 as a Trainee Petroleum Engineer, straight after getting an Engineering Degree. Have been working for Focus ever since and have been promoted over the years. Presently working as Drilling Site Lead Engineer & Rig Manager. Working for the offshore asset as Operations Manager reporting directly to the VP Operations.

Projects & Work Experience :
1. Trainee Petroleum Engineer - Fracturing Department (Feb, 2010 to August 2010):
• Requisition of Frack Equipment Including the Stewart and Stevenson Frack Pumps, Coiled tubing equipment, Blender and Data Van.
• Frack department start up and was part of the team for the first 3 frack jobs. Actively involved in the well head preparation, mini frack, mixing, final frack and flow back.
• In the period also involved in all the major and minor complications we faced as a learning curve for the new department in the company.
• During the first three wells we tried to frack we achieved pressures of 10,000 psi and pumped volumes of upto 7 bbl/minute.

2. Petroleum Engineer – New Projects (Aug, 2010 to Dec, 2010)
• The company’s first Gas Gathering Station capacity 12 MMSCFD to go on production was erected in my supervision under the guidance of the commissioning engineer and a Sr. Petroleum Engineer.
• The first Producing well was connected, tested and came online with this plant, as part of the Field development plan.
• The plant comprised of the standard plant scheme having a glycol dehydration unit, High pressure filter, HP Seperator, LP separator through to the metering skid.

3. Petroleum Engineer – New Projects (Dec, 2010 to Oct, 2012) :
• Company’s first Offshore Jackup Rig acquired from Transocean Egypt.
• Transportation of the Jackup from Egypt to India.
• Project Manager for the Vessels Upgradation and Reactivation at Cochin Shipyard Ltd.
• The entire Project cost excluding the Price of the vessel and transportation is
more than 2 million USD.
• During this period I was responsible for the finalization of the repair scheme as per the requirements of the classifying agency ABS.
• To get all the repairs completed for getting necessary certification of the vessel.
• I Coordinated and completed the Rig Move from Cochin to the Exploration block.

4. Drilling Site Leader/Rig Manager (Oct, 2012 to Present) :
• I have Drilled 15 Exploratory Offshore wells with the Jackup Rig in 5 Years.
• Responsible for the entire Marine & Drilling Crew.
• Completed wells with drilling depths upto 1700 mtrs. With multiple prospective zones in the Cambay Basin.
• Supervised the entire well Spudding, Drilling, Cementing, Wireline Logging and DST.
• Discovery of multiple Gas Zones in the Kand Formation and some prospective oil zones in the Dhadhar Formation of Cambay Basin.

5. Offshore Operations Manager (May, 2015 to Present):
Worked on Acquisition and Startup of the company’s First Deepwater Drillship. Responsible for all operations, as the Operations Manager for the Drill Ship in West Africa From May 2015. To keep it in operational Readiness and as Contracts Engineer providing necessary help on the Technical Side for Bid Applications.
