• Scheduling:- Preparing Construction Schedule in Primavera P6 / MSP for multi-story buildings (Level-3 program for top management & Micro level program for execution team which includes Civil, Finishing & MEP all activities). Linking Designs, Contractors & materials requirement with the relevant activities and follow up with team for getting the same well ahead the site requirement.
• Critical Path analysis:- Finding out critical path from the program and making mirco progress tracker for it to monitor closely.
• Monitoring the project on the basis of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).
• Resources calculation:- Uploading BOQ quantities & resources in the Primavera Program and preparing resources histograms.
• Progress Tracking/Monitoring:- Updating programs with actual progress & preparing physical & financial S-curves. Preparing mitigation plan to recover delays. Also calculating productivities of different resources for evaluation of utilization of resources.
• CFO & OC approval progress monitoring:- preparing separate progress tracker for CFO & OC related activities for timely completion & CFO/OC approval.
• Logistic Planning:- Preparing logistic plan for each location of the project for proper planning the activities sequentially.
• Risk assessment:- Listing all risks of the project and analyzing its impact on the project, discussing it with management for quick action to avoid / minimize impact of the risks.
• Issue tracker:-Presenting pending issues related to Design, Procurement, contractors, Liaison etc. in front of management in weekly coordination meetings and getting the issues resolved for smooth working.
• MIS reports:- Preparing Monthly Progress Report, Management Dashboard, Quarterly Bonus performance reports for CM team, Project Risk Register, Logistic plan.
• Costing & Budgeting:- Partial costing & budgeting works for the project including cash flow, S-curves of monthly spends.
• Contractors coordination:- Organizing weekly progress review meetings with contractors and issuing weekly targets to them. Issuing delay letters if progress does not meet with the project requirement. Reviewing their construction programs & monthly progress reports.
• Site coordination:- Conducting daily & weekly progress review meetings with site team for better coordination & issuing targets to site team.
