PROGRAMME MANAGER - Lead programs and projects for delivery of guiding cross-functional deployment teams. Plan, implement, and monitor strategies related to controls and risk management as well as establish effective approaches to coordination, execution, and completion of ambitious objectives.
• Risk Management: Developed and secured plans to rent government electric poles as support structures for Fibre cable, eliminating unforeseen claims and risk of stopping network rollout.
