ACCOUNTABILITY:
Managing a Safety Department, planning safe systems of work, monitor management’s policies, procedures and performance in ensuring health and safety in the work place
Conduct and facilitate Risk Management workshop for the project teams periodically. Provide facilitation to the project teams to identify and update the risks at all phases of the project, jointly identify the migration measures and formulate the Risk Management responses and risk owners identified for each risk.
Review the effectiveness of contractors risk management systems through review/audit, and corrective follow-up action plan. Devise and deliver training courses to contractors when required.
