Summary

I am a highly motivated Project Manager with a background in commercial (youth and leisure centre build , heavy civils (motorway bridge builds), gas plant maintenance & civil works, telecoms infrastructure and new greenfield site builds (new towers and foundations). I have huge experience managing subcontractors and liaising with clients and designers, managing subordinates, setting up contracts, claiming variations, managing PSDP and PSCS roles, budget control, project scheduling/tracking & time management. I have good experience managing multiple projects running congruently. Within telecoms, I have been given the responsibility of managing the client's clients namely IAA, Government agencies, Emergency Services, WISPs & a number of Windfarm companies.
