o Pre contract management including, but not limited to, evaluation for the Bidding, negotiation and awarding.
o Review and analysis of tender documents including Instructions to tenderer (ITT), Conditions of contract (COC)…etc.
o Negotiation and finalization of Letter of award (LOA) / Contract Agreement
o Post contract management including, but not limited to, evaluation of Interim payments and final account settlement
o Quantum analysis of cost variation claims, negotiation and approval.
o Variation orders Claims Management from Preparation till finalization and settlement as well as maintain updated variation log.
o Value engineering recommendations as applicable.
o Subcontractors’ tender analysis, negotiation and agreement finalization.
o Solid Strong Knowledge of FIDIC red book 1987 Edition.
o Provisional sum items (PS) and Prime cost items (PC) rate analysis and adjustment for final account settlement.
o Evaluation and review for Interim and Final payments.
o Study and analyze area of risks in the contract
- Planning, Delay Analysis and Cost Control Experience:
o Develop Baseline work programs pursuant to conditions of contract using primavera software (P3 or P6 latest version)
o Create work breakdown structure (WBS), Organization breakdown structure (OBS) up to required level of details.
o Extension of Time (EOT) claims management from preparation till approval.
o Forensic Scheduling Analysis and Delay Analysis Techniques (window analysis, as planned vs as built, Impacted as planned, time impact analysis “TIA”) pursuant to conditions of contract.
o Cost Loading and generate for Cash flow “S-Curve”,
o Resources loading and generate relevant histograms and S-Curves.
o Forecasting and estimation for Project(s) required recourses to achieve the targets.
o Earned Value Management (SPI, CPI, CV and SV)
o Discuses and analyze schedule potential risks with relevant stakeholders.
o Regularly schedule updates and forecasting,
o Delay mitigation and recovery programme as applied.
o Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.
o Work closely with the site team and discuss, explain and advice as applied.
o Manage and maintain updated Procurement Schedule Log
o Define and Analysis for areas of risks during the project construction life cycle.
o Cost Control by monitoring Budget, estimated and actual cost for the contract items as per original scope as well as Variation Orders.
