Supervise, monitor, and maintain plant operations with accountability for maintaining safety and conducting routine plant inspections; report directly to operations superintendent. Provide leadership and motivation to national supervisors and plant personnel. Deliver training to operations staff with focus on health and safety, housekeeping, and the achievement of operational objectives.
