3i Infotech is a global IT company offering IP based software solutions, including Banking, Insurance & Asset Management and ERP software solutions. One of the major components of 3i Infotech is doing IT related staffing business as outsourcing IT professionals to their clients in Banking and insurance sector. My duties and responsibilities are as below;

Recruiter:
Lead the recruitment practices across Saudi Arabia. I was fortunate to be leading a team of young dynamic and high performing recruiters across the region. As a part of the Global Recruitment Services Center, we achieved a lot of good kudos from the business within and the external customers. Our work was broadly towards the hiring of JAVA, Oracle, Testing skills pertaining to BFSI sector.
Our Major clients at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI, Saudi Investment Bank, Riyadh Bank, Bank Aljazeera, and SAMBA. I am also responsible for the Staffing requirements for UAE as well and the clients I am handling including Emirates National Bank Dubai, Dubai Islamic Bank, GSMOFA, and many other clients. Being a part of Global recruitment team we are working as a team to achieve our targets by providing profiles to the clients as per their requirements. Once the profile is selected I am the one who is arranging interviews (Telephonic, Skype or Face to Face) and all other arrangements of Recruitment Cycle. Main sources which I am using for searching suitable candidates are job portals like Naukri Gulf, Monster, LinkedIn and also doing headhunting as well. I am using expatriate.com for local low-level hiring.

Staffing Support:
I am handling all operation for our staffing business and my duties, in this case, are as below;
Visa formalities and travel arrangements for all overseas selected candidates and Iqama transfer formalities for local candidates.
Follow up with the client and vendor management for the contracts of existing staffing resources. Taking care of Iqama renewal of the resources if they are under the 3i sponsorship or through partner communicating with partners regarding health insurance, Iqama, exit re-entry, family visa, and all staffing resources related issues. Handling traveling formalities for resources that are on Multiple exit re-entry visit visa. Currently, I am dealing with Najd, Saudi Networkers Solutions, SRACO and Jaddarah as they are our partner for visas.Taking care of Timesheets, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Invoice submission and payment collections of staffing resources. Taking care of contracts of staffing resources, salaries, annual leave, and all other related operations.

Human Resources:
Being a part of Human Resources I am working as local HR for 3i Infotech KSA. I am responsible for all HR related issues for our employees Including staffing and other 3i employees who are working as support and delivery team throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Handling all HR activities and coordinating with HR team sitting in Dubai and India. My responsibilities are as below;
Releasing a system generated appointment later for the newly hired employees.Enroll new joiners for GOSI, Medical Insurance benefits, and others as required.
Maintain & update employee leave records and preparation of vacations Financial Settlements. Maintain good interpersonal relationship with Group members and all professional associates. Generate Human Resources data reports as necessary answer phone calls and record messages. Collaborate with government relations team to facilitate work permits and visa for employees and new joiners.
Provide backend support for employee business travel requests.
Enforce and monitor the proper implementation of the company's HR policies regarding the recruitment life cycle for locals and overseas. Prepare all required documents including Job offer, employment contracts for new joiners and for current employee transfer, promotion, relieving, and termination letters if required.
As Group Secretary for Health Insurance at BUPA, I am responsible to for taking care of all Insurance related activities of employees such as addition, deletion, contract renewal and dealing with BUPA if there are any claim issues for employees.

Recruitment:
Forecasting for Manpower recruitment planning based on organizational goals and objectives. Prepare occupational classification, job descriptions, and determine appropriate salary scale.
Source applicants through various methods including advertising on the internet, posting), recruiters (recruitment agencies. Local, overseas), job portal (LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Monster, and Expatriates.com etc.).
Review /Screen resumes and qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates.
Preparation of employment contracts and Job offer letter and ensuring that are up to date.
Enforce and monitor the proper implementation of the company's HR policies regarding the recruitment life cycle and performance appraisal.

HR Administration:
▪ Ensure that all employees Work Permits and Drive Licenses are issued and renewed in a timely manner.
▪ Ensure that company vehicles registration and Insurance are renewed in a timely manner.
▪ Interpret HR policies and procedures for company employees, advice Department Heads regarding specific personnel problems.
▪ Recommend policies and procedure necessary to achieve the company's objectives.
▪ Act as liaison between employees and higher management. Investigate causes of disputes and grievances and recommend corrective action.
▪ Ensure proper compilation and maintenance of Employees records. (Personnel Files) as stated in HR Policies.
▪ Conduct exit interviews as per company's HR Policies and provide analysis of the results.
▪ Ensures compliance with the Saudi Arabian Labor Law and all Government requirements relating to employee's legal status in Saudi.
▪ Check and maintain company's Saudization percentage and make do necessary action in the best interest of the company.
▪ Direct report to the General Manager, HR Manager, Operation Manager and Senior HR & Recruitment Officer as required.

Payroll Administration:
▪ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
▪ Prepare initially monthly over-time & attendance summary sheets in order to calculate and deduct absences, leaves, lateness etc. Keep monthly payroll file update and confidential.
