In addition I managed the operations of our company owned stores and franchise operations in Southern Africa (Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia). During my ±3 years at Ster Kinekor I turned the African operations around fro making division to contributing approximately 7% of the companies EBITDA

o Sigma is a Property Facilities Management Business we acquired, as a BEE transaction, from the Ellies Group.
o It manages a number of buildings in Johannesburg including the Carlton Centre complex including a shopping centre and 60,000 square meters of Offices.
• General investment analysis and deal structuring, property and General Equity transactions as principal or consultant.
• Lead advisors in an unsuccessful R6,8 billion bid for the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town in 2006.
• Lead team of advisors and co-principle and team leader in restructuring of a listed Hotel Company.
• Representative Director for various investments held by Triple and third parties.

o Co-Founder of Saxonwold Properties, trading in and marketing London Residential Properties.
o Saxonwold trades in residential properties in London. In our 18 months we have concluded transactions in various developments in London. The transactions are in various, some have been acquired and sold on while others are still on our books and will be completed in the next 6 to 18 months, these include.

• Consultancy services
o Consultant to the V&A Waterfront on the redevelopment of the Two Oceans Aquarium.
o Assisted a shareholder in the restructuring of a golf course development in East London, this consisted of the orderly liquidation and acquiring the development out of liquidation.
o In the midst of acquiring a 150 unit residential development out of a provisional liquidation.
