I have enhanced and further developed longer term strategic and incident investigation strategies.
I provide constant vigilance on the Brownfield and Development Projects to ensure they remain on budget and schedule. I deliver oversight and client reporting on asset planned shutdowns.
I introduced a 2 year planning cycle which supported both the OPEX and CAPEX budgets coming in on target in 2019. I cut $7M from the CAPEX budget to support the low oil price that resulted from the Coronavirus Pandemic.
I also act as HSE Focal Point with client in Aberdeen.
In my time in the job I have introduced Integrated Activity Planning, rolled out the Safety Case and associated Performance Standards, improved the procurement process, developed a PSV re-certification programme, commenced Hazardous Area Equipment inspections and a flexible hose replacement programme. I have also managed a project for the change out of all top chains of the installation mooring system.
