 previously held posts in supporting and leading sectoral development projects both for the Government and the private sector in sectors such as Education & Training, Fashion, Animation, Music, Steelpan, Printing & Packaging, High-Tech Manufacturing, Aviation, Finance, Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship Development.
 Twenty (20) years’ working experience in capacity building, planning and implementing major projects.
 fifteen (15) years senior management experience.
 twelve (12) years’ experience in investor relations, investment facilitation, new business development and engaging in strategic business relations.

Developed courses in motivating engineering students to advance entrepreneurial thought, converting ideas into business using the Business Model Canvas, understanding the need for Intellectual Property and registering start-up companies.
