Providing one-on-one attention to students, while maintaining overall focus on the entire group, whilst detecting early signs of emotional or developmental problem and meeting emotional and developmental needs.
Collaborated with SLT to develop after-school tutorial program for students in need of extra help, by working closely with staff members to provide additional support to vulnerable students as required.

Networking with other counselors and external agencies to promote best practice and efficient referral process and cascading down such knowledge to parents and other departments through meetings, presentations, training sessions and workshops as required.
