I am Chemical engineer (B.E.) from the Maharaja Sayajirao University, I hold over 3 years experience in Oil & Gas, and Chemicals Consulting Industry. Throughout my career, I have always maintained the highest performance standards and have always been keenly interested to learn new things, and apply them on the go.

Following is the brief description of my work as a “Process Engineer” (July 2014 to till date) with “Quanta Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Gujarat” which deals in Basic and Detailed Engineering of Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals and Fine Chemicals.
• Preparing PFDs, UFDs and P&IDs.
• Sizing of Process Equipments (Tanks, Vessels, Separators, Heat exchangers (HTRI), etc.)

Following is the brief description of my work as a “Process Engineer” (July 2014 to till date) with “Quanta Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Gujarat” which deals in Basic and Detailed Engineering of Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals and Fine Chemicals.

Project Profile:
 Basic and Detail Engineering for 10000 TPA herbicide chemical plant for a major fertilizer manufacturer in Gujarat. The project consists of over 200 equipments excluding standby equipments. The project consists of atmospheric as well as vacuum distillation column, condensers, heat exchangers, ejectors, vacuum pump, pumps, storage tanks, vessels, separators, decanters along with various package units like cooling tower, chilled water unit, MEE unit, chilled brine unit, steam PRS unit, Nitrogen PRS etc.
 Basic and Detail Engineering for 50 MMSCFD capacity LPG extraction facility for one of the world’s leading Oil and Gas Company. Propane and butane to be extracted from Natural gas coming from gas well by series of processes and operations. The project consists of over 80 equipments including vessels, columns, vapour- liquid separators, heat exchangers, storage tanks, separators, storage bullet, package units like gas dehydration unit, fuel gas conditioning unit, compressor, cooling tower, RO water unit, flare unit, JT valve etc.
 Basic Engineering of the crude stabilization column including simulation and preparation of process data sheets of distillation column and reboiler of the massive size.
 Basic and Detail Engineering for 10000 TPA agrochemical intermediate plant for a major fertilizer manufacturer in Gujarat. The project consists of both exothermic as well as endothermic reactions like Hydrogenation, Nitration, TDN, CDN etc. The project consists of over 240 equipments excluding standbys. The main process equipments of this project are reactors, decanters, washing columns, heat exchangers, storage tanks, vessels, ejectors, vacuum pump, pumps along with various package units like cooling tower, chilled water unit, chilled brine unit , FFE (falling film evaporator) unit etc.
 Basic and Detail Engineering for 10000 TPA herbicide chemical plant for a major fertilizer manufacturer in Gujarat. The project consists of total 236 equipments excluding standby equipments. The project consists of atmospheric as well as vacuum distillation column, condensers, heat exchangers, ejectors, vacuum pump, pumps, storage tanks, vessels, separators, decanters along with various package units like cooling tower, chilled water unit, MEE unit, chilled brine unit, steam PRDS unit etc.
 FEED and Detail Engineering Package for two gas fields for a major oil & gas company in India. These surface facilities consists of gas handling, scrubbing, gas conditioning (removal of CO2, N2, moisture & free hydrocarbons for well- I and removal of moisture only for well- II) and auxiliary units. The treated gas to be sent to the CNG Compressor and filling unit which was not in the scope of the project.
 Basic Engineering and simulation study of multi-purpose column for a leading amine chemicals manufacturer in Gujarat. The project consists of simulation study of batch multipurpose distillation column, preparation of flow scheme of process and design of related equipments like heat exchangers (cooler, condenser and reboiler, tanks, vessel etc.)
 Basic Engineering for a scrubber system to remove SO2 in tail gas for a major specialty metal intermediates manufacturer in Gujarat. In order to meet the GPCP norms for stack off gases, client intends to install Scrubber system to scrub SO2 pollutant in caustic solution. The Scrubber system consists of Quenching ventury, Separator, Caustic Circulation Pumps, Caustic Dosing Pump, Holding Tank and ID Fan and column on top of the separator required in order to meet the outlet SO2 specification.
