 Review of the final issue of P & ID’s from point of view of commissioning and start-up, issuing of P&ID’s modification according with project standards and regulations.
 To define the organization chart and necessary resources for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Identification of systems and sub-systems by marking up with P&ID’s – system definition.
 Following readiness of mechanical completion dossiers of systems, accordingly with QA & QC system with others departments and Project management representatives.
 Review / Update of P&ID’s with As-Built and submission to engineering department. As per Latest Revisions Drawing punch item database by systems, checking for completion and close-out of punch items accordingly.
 Review of Mechanical Completion Certificate, Exceptions List and Ready for Commissioning forms of systems and submitted to company and Management for approval.
 Review of Commissioning sequence and plan, development of detailed commissioning procedures for leak test, dry-out, Loop checking, test forms and Ready for Start-up for systems.
 Ensure Non-conformances are Identified & Quarantine Follow up Closing Document deficiencies closed out prior to acceptance of the work. Are processed in accordance with the Construction / Quality Manual.
 Witnessing, Inspecting & Surveillance of Projects Welded / Coated Piping Spools / Equipments / and other related Materials Preservation plan as per specification.
 Monitor / Review status of Technical Queries, Create / Share with Project team members on issues necessary to produce a proactive culture.
 Conduct assessments on Contractor works. Prepare detailed handover notes for partner at the end of the rotation.
 Attending Construction & Quality Meeting, Being aware of the content of the HSE plan.
 Ensure the HSE aspects of the project during Material receiving, Fabrications, Construction, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Hand Over activities are always first priority management commitment.
