• On stream & off stream inspection of columns, drums, heat exchanger, reformer, reactor, Air cooler and piping in Distillate Hydrocracker (DHC) and Hydrogen production Units (HPU) Train-1.
• Turnaround 2018 Execution (Train-1): Off- stream inspection for piping components (pipes, fitting, flanges, valves, supports) as per code requirements.
• Deployment of NDT crews on piping circuits for UTG, PT and PMI and reviewed their NDT reports as per requirements.
• Monitoring all NDT activity (MT, UT, PMI & PT) and indicate the (TML) thickness measurement locations.
• Assessment for Ultrasonic thickness measurement results and calculated corrosion rate, remaining life and next due inspection date.
• Preparation of final inspection reports and uploading the data in Meridium software for analysis and future record.
• Turnaround 2020 Inspection Scoping & Planning (Train-2): Prepared list of static equipment and piping to be taken in scope for train-2 turnaround by considering GA Drawings, PIDs, Inspection history & recommendations, their criticality, process conditions and damage mechanisms.
• Preparation of detailed inspection plan & NDT Requirements for identified turnaround static equipment & piping for Train-2 Turnaround by considering PIDs, PFDs, MDRBs, SIS, MSDs, Licensor documents and inspection history & recommendations as per Meridium database.
• Identification of required NDT type & extent of NDT. Prepared sketches & marked locations to ensure NDT compliance in line with the requirements.
• Preparation of PZV/TZV database for their calibration due date and tags to be included in the turnaround.
• Relocation of TMLs in Corrosion Loops as per the scaffolding and insulation requirements and updated the same in V Suite Core (3D) software.
