Responsibilities
• Development of Planning Package (includes WBS, Base line schedule, EDDR, Procurement Register, PMS, Manpower Histograms) and coordination with client to get approval of the same.
• Develops the Project Master Schedule covering all stages of the project life-cycle i.e., Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning.
• Coordination with Procurement Team for timely issuance of PO and delivery expedition of material/ items.
• Perform technical and supervisory roles which include but not limited to overseeing and coordinating for a strong follow-up with all vendors and subcontractors to achieve the project objectives and milestones.
• Prepare and implement Progress Measurement System (PMS) and optimize the volume of work and resources based on progress relults.
• Review sub contractor's schedules and progress reports to establish consistency with the overall EPC schedule; highlight concerns, if any, and positively resolve them with team work.
• Providing schedule analysis, schedule optimization, delay and impact analysis to different projects across the organization.
• Provide interface between the engineering, procurement, construction and commissions activities during the course of the project.
• Propose corrective actions to recover the slippages and keep tracking of manpower and equipment deployments as per progress requirements.

3. EPC works for Replacement Of Instrument Air, Nitrogen And Potable Water Network In USSC
