 Worked as an Aramco Approved QC SUPERVISOR for the disciplines Communication, Electrical & handled Civil, Structural, Coating, Mechanical & HVAC for special amendment package TETRA SYSTEM, also worked as a PRE-COMM MANAGER, SYSTEM HANDOVER LEAD and as an ACTING QC MANAGER at intervals whenever required.
 Managing the team, supervising daily site activities to resolve all site issues to ensure the site readiness for the inspection.
 Plan and review project quality documentation to assure all QC deliverables required under the agreement are processed in time so as to guarantee they are accomplished.
 Involved in the preparation of method of statements, pre-commissioning procedures and all the required reporting’s to the Yasref Dept. such as QMR (Quality Management Report), TWLA (Two week lookahead), all logs RFI (request for inspection), NCR (non-conformance report), INCR etc.
 Assuring implementation of applicable ITP & work instructions, procedures in accordance with project scope of work and standards.
