Following are the major tasks during this period:
o Providing planning and scheduling support as required during Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Design and Execution of major capital projects in the Company's Capital Program.
o Project Risk Management, identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks followed by economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
o Developing Project WBSs using the latest project planning and scheduling tools, eg Primavera.
o Reviewing the contractor submitted Level-I, Level-II, Level-III & Level-IV Schedules.
o Developing and updating Monthly and 90-days look ahead reports.
o Plan and provide work direction as required in the preparation of planning and scheduling control systems and practices to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction supervisors the means to evaluate the progress and execution of assigned projects.
o Analyzing major capital projects to plan the effective execution sequence based on current industry practices.
o Discuss, coordinate and resolve long term and short term planning and scheduling problems with personnel throughout the company and with contractor organizations.
o Provide the major milestones to the contractors based on project duration to prepare the Working Schedules using P6.
o Responsible for providing planning advice with regard to critical schedule milestones.
o Reviewing the Working Schedules which is submitted by contractors.
o Review of project master plan, Baseline and revised programs, resource loading and leveling, execution programs and progress S-curves.
o Performing analysis of contractor schedules, checking the logic, verifying the accuracy of updates.
o Preparing critical path analysis.
o Generating the reports from Primavera P6 that identify the open-end activities, logics and determine out-of-sequence activities, Lags & Total Floats.
o Arrange the meetings with contractors, design team and site construction staff to resolve the issues.

o Reviewing the progress S-Curve as per Baseline Schedule and then monitoring by updating the actual progress.
