In January 2003, He has joined Larsen and Toubro Ltd and obtained exposure to process engineering and performed front-end studies, detailed design, debottlenecking studies and Commissioning for oil and gas operating companies and Refineries.

In February 2011, He assumed the position of Senior Process Engineer in AkerSolutions Engineering Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Aker Kvaerner Sdn. Bhd.) where he has the responsibility for providing process support for front-end studies, conceptual engineering, detailed design, debottlenecking studies of only offshore projects undertaken by the company. Technical support during Pre-bid stage/Tender, Vendor bid technical clarification and documents review.

In July 2016, He assumed the position of Senior Process Engineer in Emery Oleo-chemical Sdn Bhd. Where he has the responsibility of providing the technical support to plant operation and modification work in plant. Laisse with the vendors.

In February 2017, He assumed the position of Assistant General Manager-Process Engineering in Larsen and Toubro Hydrocarbon Engineering.where he has the responsibility for providing Engineering Management support for detailed design, debottlenecking studies of only offshore projects undertaken by the company.
