• Administers, proctors and grades written and performance tests.
• Observes, counsels and evaluates trainees
• Prepares trainee records such as attendance, grade and progress sheets
• Maintains discipline, safety and housekeeping standards at his classroom, shop, or work site.
• Advises on utilization of material, facilities, and equipment to support training.
• Recommends improved training methods and procedures
• Performs other training and training related duties assigned by Supervisor
• Member of safety and curriculum group
• Professional in using Visual Aids such as: Power Point, O.H. Projector, Smart Board, Flip Chart, Chalk Board, White Board, Book & Handout.
