Based between Dubai and Jeddah, Ksa, I joined Hill International presenting the biggest developer, Jabal Omar Development Co. / PMO - Jeddah, Ksa recently in March 2017, currently working as Sr. Contracts Manager in the PMO Department for high rise distinguished 5 and 7 Stars Hotel projects in Mecca. Prior to this assignment, I worked in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Palestine, as Contracts & Claim Manager, Sr. Contracts Manager, General Manager, Planning & Control Manager, and Project Manager for Business Developers, Project Management Consultants, and Contractors, mainly involved and responsible for contractual issues, forming contracts, negotiations, handling disputes, building up claims and contractual cases integrated with time and cost, legal translation of FIDIC contract documents and clauses in courts, as well as evaluation of technical and managerial related functions.
I graduated from Louisiana Tech University, U.S.A. in 1984 with a B.Sc. degree in Construction Engineering Technology, 3.25 GPA. I also enhanced my career with Minor in Business Administration, Legal Arabic/ English Translation, and Primavera (P3).

Review Contracts during Tendering Stage and Contractual Correspondences during Construction Phase to recognize Risk Elements and recommend to the involved parties the best possible protective measures to adopt.
Review and Support PMs in Contractual Correspondences during Construction Stage to minimize Risk and to recognize opportunities for Variations and Claims.
Assist and Support involved parties during Construction Stage to initiate Variations & Claims for Cost/ Extension of Time, determining the best claim strategy and prepare them, leading debates and dispute resolution.
Ensure Close-Out of projects according to Contract Conditions and milestones, as of regard to submitting clients’ documents and obtaining from clients the Company’s certificates and retained documents as well as bonds
Prepare & follow up Projects Consolidated Contractual Report with recommended Action Plans to executive management.
Responsible of defining and keeping a process within the organization to achieve the company objectives, directly working on developing metrics to control the time flow and the tasks to be accomplished in a specific time frame.
Take care of the follow up with all areas involved in the completion of the goals. Reporting to the Executive Managing Director, Key Functions & Responsibilities are: establishing a strategic discipline to accomplish objectives. Developing the links between the company strategy and the teams involved.
Developing tools and techniques to synchronize all the areas tasks involved in any
objective and ensure that the people understand, apply rightly and follow them.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance of the commitments. Monitoring organizational risks and their integral mitigation. Assigning and distributing the resources efficiently. Monitoring and following up all the tasks of a project till its completion.
