Summary

Knowledge of supporting and nozzle flexibilities, developing safe and mechanically sound piping routes.
Experience in performing stress analysis for various piping systems such as: fired heater, air cooler, pump/ compressors (centrifugal and reciprocating), turbines, reactors, wellheads, large storage tank, FRP, PSV, high temperature, low temperature cryogenic etc.
Ability to Designs spring hangers, struts, hold downs, expansion joints, special shoes, anchors, guides and special pipe supports.

Developed pipe routing & support planning; established pipe support philosophy for lines passing through bridge from platform after incorporating relative displacements of bridge and platform due to wave effects.
Responsible for preparing and managing a schedule for piping engineering activities and deliverables, preparing estimates, preparing scope of services, preparing effort hour forecasts, monitoring changes on the project, preparing change orders, managing the piping engineering budget and schedule, provide progress reporting, coordinate with various disciplines, participate in 3D model reviews.

Pipe stress analysis of an 18-inch and above Buried Pipeline at high Pressure (420 Bar and above) and
Temperature 110°C, and stress analysis of a 30-inch and above parallel high pressure steam header from Boilers; with very high temperature (454°C) and pressure (70 kg/cm²).
Coordinates with Process to determine Process data and any special process requirements, and with Civil/Structural groups to ensure loads are being effectively communicated.
Preparing requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and supplier document review for spring supports and expansion joints.
Carry out site survey activities at field to assist the designer to develop 2D Piping GADs and Tie-in isometric drawings for critical lines.
Responsible for establishing base documents, project procedures, standards, specifications to be used for the project and to make team aware of the requirements.
