OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION

 Experience in the field of Instrumentation and electrical work including Installation Commissioning and Startup of I&C (Instrument and Control) GE Heavy duty gas9FAGas Turbines, GE, C7 Condensing GE Steam Turbines Combined cycle through GE SPEEDTRONIC MARKVI Turbine control system. Good experience with gee frame 9FA 2.0 DLN, GE SpeedTronic MARK VI MARK VI PLC Control HMI Communication with CONTROL and third Party CONTROL Like PLC Customer DCS/SCADA System through MODBUS OPC Communication.HRSG,I achieved our task assignments in a timely and safe manner demonstrating professional supervision and engineering practices and principles.
 Calibration of electronic & pneumatic transmitters like PT , TT, LT, DPT, all types of switches, gauges, control valves, make fisher, valtek & maseolin. Calibration of RTD methods thermocouples etc.
 Function check and troubleshooting flame detector,gas detector para set vms vibration monitoring system MOV SHU TOFF valves, repairing of all types of instruments and solenoid valves, worked with smart transmitter make Honeywell, rosemount and fisher like Foxboro spec 200 and Tdc –3000 DCS system, worked with loop checking, commissioning and trouble shooting
 SITE Acceptance Test Knowledge of drawing P&ID Instrument. Installation of Instrument and Control System
 Loop checking, commissioning and maintenance of Honeywell, tdc 3000, (r 300), distributed control system.
 Hot and Cold Loop checking, commissioning preventive maintenance checking, smart Transmitter.
 with Hart Communicator 375. Commissioning preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of 7200 and 3300and 3500 series Bentley Nevada vibration system. Honeywell smartly ne pressure flow level transmitters with smart field communicator.
 Yokogawa smart family transmitter with brain terminal.
 Pressure level flow temperature and vibration switches.
 Foxboro make flow pressure level transmitters controllers.
 Commissioning Sequence inter Locks for ESD system.
 Masoneilan Neles Jamesbury & Voltex control valves and orbit valves.
 Commissioning of contractors & Relay Inter Lock Control panels
