TA2017 -Major Projects

Sulfolane piping replacement- Like to like piping replacement including pumps suction/discharge, pipe rack and column/exchanger lines. Pipe size 1” to 20”. Scope include fabrication, dismantle existing piping, erection, testing, NDT, painting insulation.

PSV vent modification – Installation of new PSV, vent lines fabrication, NDT, Insulation

Installation of new control valves and related piping- Dismantle existing piping, installation of new piping/CV, NDT, testing , insulation & Tapping of new nozzles for the installation of TI/TE.

Plant –POLYEHTELENE ( PEDB PROJECT )

RESPONSIBILITIES

The scope of project includes improvement in capacity of LLDPE product by increasing conveying capacity from 44 Tons/hour to 50 Tons/hour as part of project. Includes erection of two new Silos with associated equipment and piping. In addition, modification in existing silos, pellet surge hoppers, special supports etc.

The packaging line – A current capacity is 1200 bag/hour and in order to accommodate the new change (increase) in line-2, the packaging line – A has to be increase to at least 1800 bags/hour (Design Capacity to 2000 bags/hour). The warehouse conveyor capacity to increase from 114 units/hr. to 150 units/hr.

To meet higher consumption of ISO-pentane due to new proposed capacity rate increase, the storage capacity of ISO-pentane is to be increased from existing 500 MT to 1000 MT. Includes 35000-Inch dia welding of different size between ¾” to 36” dia, Tie-in, modifying one of the un-utilized existing tank and erection of new equipment like MRU, ISO-pentane Dryer, Cooler, Glycol water storage drum, pumps etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The development and implementation of the project quality plans for procurement and construction and allocation and control of routine quality functions and resources through the assigned Piping team.
Meeting with department leaders design engineers to proceed jobs,dailly meeting with contractor for progress status,manpower status and material status.
follow plan and piping job at site, site visit with contractor to show the job location at site ,follow scaffold contractor to prepare scaffold for job execution.
Many modification done as per site condition and making as built in isometric drawing, making chart of material and follow NDT contractor for test,
follow insulation contractor and painting contractor to proceed the job as per plan.
Site inspection for the piping job as per design and handed over to process department.
