Geographically, worked in Asia (China) and Middle East (Kuwait, Iraq), Europe projects (Guam) and Manchester that given me opportunity to work in multi-cultural, multiple-environments, multiple-tasking on various positions at a time. While working on the above positions, acquired vast practical knowledge/skills in the areas of Innovative Engineering techniques on contracts, fast-tracking, crashing, Material Procurement, Efficient Resource planning & allocation & normalization, progressive elaborations, Setting various Contractual Agreements, QA/QC targets, facilitate Billing, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Payments, claims, VOs and arbitration tracking and documentations finalization, legal and contractual correspondence.

Conferred with the all projects’ teams on a regular basis, to resolve critical issues and flow of other technical & financial problems, to determine impact on the various targets and specialist packages within the main overall project monetary. Follow up project design, coordination, planning, and monitoring and progress control for in-house projects’ design phases and on site construction program for various projects.
Follow up meetings with various local as well as international design teams and partners like Gensler, Stanley, DECA, Concept I Designer CID, LW Design etc….
As Lead Projects’ Sr. QS, Cost, Contract Specialist, maintain overall technical management and specific control of execution of projects. the contractor variations and claims, manage formal communications from a contractual perspective, contractor third party approvals as required (procurement, sub contracts) Cost Time Control and with sequential flow of the packages, cost control and earned values analysis, budgeting and control, contract’s follow up in line with FIDIC. This also would involve general Project Management.
Monitor and control any amendments, revisions or up-dates during progress of the Works, in order to immediate advise of any critical situations which may adversely affect the smooth running and financial completion of the Project.
