Installed multiple brands of DCS Control Systems, DCS, PCS, SSS, etc.
Familiar with Fiber Optic and Telecom, with installing Patch Panels and Converters along with Communications cables, such as Cat. 5 and RS485.

Routinely study, review, and validate the discipline scope of works against the appropriate Contract Requisition to ensure the contractors correctly interpret and comply with the latest revisions of AFC drawings, quantities, and specifications.
Utilize weekly co-ordination meetings with other discipline superintendents to provide logical progress and target completions as per the contract schedule and daily work plan. Ensure that area handover documentation is available and relevant
Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all instrument related works at site, SIS buildings.
To monitor the activities of assigned contractors and ensure compliance with project quality, safety and security requirements.
Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the instrumentation work groups at site.
Monitoring of Installation of electronic fire protection system consists of smoke detectors, manual pull Stations, alarm bell, and indicating light. Installation of emergency lights. Installation of exit sign lamp. Installation of fire extinguishers.
Reviewing P&ID's and PFD's, data sheets, specifications, Cause & Effects, ESD Logics, layout drawing.
Developing Instrumentation & Controls standards, specifications, procedures and best practices
Knowledge of international codes, regulations and standards; and Ensure technical standards are adhered in Engineering and Construction.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of different groups and contractors assigned to the project.
Coordinate project activities with engineering, procurement, contracting, quality, health, safety and construction.
Review of Basic engineering documents, Method Statements and ITP, s and MAR.
Inspection at Vendor’s works, SIT & SAT for DCS/ESD /PLC/Control panels and systems.
Vendor documents reviewed.
Performed Quality control, completeness and correctness checks of engineering and design deliverables as per company quality control procedure.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Ensure all notifications, safety sign, and barriers advising power on / live systems are provided by the contractors and
Ensure contractors carry out tool box talks on electrical safety and work permit requirements.
Attend and conduct project review meetings (Technical, Safety and Status).
Monitor and report on project schedules and progress and also ensure QA/QC system is used, followed and understood by all instrumentation groups.
