Job Responsibilities include:

 Managing all existing contracts (Construction, consultancy, project management… etc.) in which the Company is part of, with an approximate annual awarding value of EGP 2 Billion.
 Setting Policies and Procedures/ Managing Tendering and Award Process of Construction and Consultancy Contracts that lie within Projects Department custody.
 Ensuring that Contract Strategies Tenders, Contracts and Variations are in full compliance with Corporate’s Policies and Procedures.
 Reviewing various Contract Administration and Contract Management procedures to ensure compliance with Corporate’s Policies and Procedures.
 Authorizing payment certificates after checking consistency with the Contracts terms and conditions.
 Evaluating of Claims, Changes and Final Accounts.
 Providing expert advice on Contract Interpretation, Commercial terms and conditions.
 Maintaining effective collaborative working relationship across organizational and managerial boundaries to ensure streamlined and consistent practices for Contract Administration and close out process.
 Applying Contract Management, system to approach zero claims and enhance disputes avoidance techniques, applying Change Management and Claim Prevention expertise.
 Rendering Contractual Support on dispute resolution, evaluation of Claims and Settlement of Final Accounts.
 Acting as a liaison between Projects Department and other department to ensure Contract Management system accuracy.
 Serving as the primary advisor to Chief Projects Officer for issues regarding internal and external parties questioning contract compliance and Cost issues.
 Developing and implementing Contract Management documentation and tracking system, ensuring that all contractually related documents are appropriately stored and accessible.
 Maintaining appropriate records and documenting significant events affecting the Contract Management.
 Participating in the Business Development process by providing expertise in contract strategies, bid evaluation and contract negotiation process.
