Designation: Senior Safety Engineer in Supply Chain Division & Logistics Division.

Detailed responsibility:
a. Update and conduct ADCO Pre-Qualification criteria to be in-line with ADNOC Code of Practice.
b. Review Tender bidder list to ensure that all bidders are HSE Pre-Qualified. Review Contracts/ Projects HSE Plans to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
c. Maintain database for Contractors HSE Pre-Qualification and conduct additional audits when required. Monitor contractor safety performance to ensure adherence of contractors employees to approved safety plan in all activities. Includes auditing of drilling contractors to ensure compliance with ADCO standards and requirements.
d. Leads audits during the execution of the contract cycle. Report non-conformance to ADCO and take follow-up action as necessary.
e. Ensures that company standards and practices are adhered to in all fields, terminal, contractor camps, Ensures Company’s Contractor Safety Policy, Procedures, Regulations and objectives are effectively implemented in his domain.
f. Participates in developing, HSE training matrix considering different department needs, requirements and work cycles after liaising with fields and development & training department.
g. Preparing Tender Package & Variation order for HSE training Contracts Renewal on due Time as per ADNOC policy. Following up training expenditure, to avoid over exceeding the assigned budget.
h. Carry on Gap Analyses for conducting HSE courses for enhancement.
i. Carry on risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and method statements with some cases with contractors' compliance against ADCO requirements Rules & Regulations.
