Engineering Manager for detailed design and installation of Wheatstone project subsea installation scope. Main areas of activity were detailed design of SSIV and tee protection structures; and installation engineering for subsea spools, structures, umbilicals, flying leads, flexible jumpers. Engineering team size averaged 30 people, and peaked at around 65; overall engg manhours approx 177,000.
Developed new systems for HSE in Design and Design Verification, that were subsequently rolled out corporately across Technip, and played major role in developing lessons learned and equipment criticality systems for the project.
Developed and presented engineering planning training module for senior engineers.
Received 2012 HSE Award for Asia Pacific region for development of HSE in Design system.
