Summary

Qualified Project Management (PMP) & Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Civil Engineer & MBA worked for various multi-million dollar Design and Construction Projects with reputed organizations like Parsons International, KEO International Consultants, AECOM and SSH International Consultant with 17+ years of experience out of which 15+ years of experience in the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia & Kuwait) in Planning / Scheduling, Project Controls, Budgeting, Delay Analysis, Claims, Contract Management, Risk Management, Earned Value Management, Project Management and Business Development.
I have worked on Infrastructure / Wastewater Projects such as Roads and Highways, Bridges, Micro-tunneling, Sewage treatment plants, pumping stations & Underground Utilities networks (Sewerage, Storm water, Portable water etc.) and Building Projects / Cultural Centre. I have experience on many Design & Built Contracts as well as on time and materials contracts with having worked in Pre-and Post-Contract Planning.
During my current and previous roles, I have been providing overall project cost, schedule and progress measurement leadership and expertise. I develop progress measurement systems for projects and oversee the implementation of Programme requirements as laid down in the Contract. I play a key role in managing projects and resources ensuring delivery in accordance with project schedule and plans. One of my important roles has been ensuring project deliverables stay on time, on target – and remain under allocated budget.
Currently I am working in Project Management division of SSH International Kuwait where I am the focal point for Planning / Scheduling and Project Control of Design Projects reporting to the Managing Director, Kuwait. Few of my achievements in the current organization are having implemented and maintained Earned Value Management system, and developed the “off shore” Business plan. I did Macro and Micro level financial analysis, cost and benefit analysis and other detailed assessments for off-shore Design and Production Centre (DPC).
