I'm a professional with a technical-engineering educational background, an expert in plant survey and management and in all activities related to the production, mainly within the metal/mechanic industry. I have 20 years of experience working at leading national and international companies, covering positions of growing responsibility both in Italy and abroad (the Middle East and Asia).

Currently, I'm working in the Philippines as a Plant Manager - Plant and Operations Manager for Zamperla Asia Pacific - a leading company operating in the engineering field and production of amusement rides and playgrounds.

I manage 105 employees and at the same time coordinate the purchasing department, the technical and personnel department, the spare parts department, the warehouse and the entire production.

In the past, I have covered positions related to the Operations Management, Supply Chain and Site Management, expert and skill on Purchase Orders and Supply chain, always working in an international scenario.

I always strived to reach company objectives and continuous improvement and I have achieved important results by increasing productivity and customer satisfaction. I have also started up production sites and optimized human resources.

During the years of my career, I had the opportunity to develop multiple skills, both technical and managerial, that allow me now to get a complete overview of the industry in which I work. In addition, I have an excellent command of English and I'm well acquainted with the most common IT tools, even in the technical field. I'm also willing to relocate for longer periods of time.
