I am a time served Mechanical Technician with over 24 years of experience in the specialty chemical industry (ICI) onshore and in the offshore industry. Since ICI I have been in the offshore industry (UKCS) and overseas working on various platforms, jack ups, semi’s & FPSO’s. I am hard working, enthusiastic, organized and of a pro-active nature. I am eager to learn new skills and meet new challenges.

• My responsibilities associated with the above position - In Hamburg & Newcastle I was part of the operations team working with and as part of the commissioning team. As the lead mechanical tech my responsibilities where to complete MC tri-party walk downs for handover to commissioning, completing redline drawings & punch lists. Completing B ITR’s to allow progress to dynamic commissioning and startup of mechanical, marine & safety critical equipment as per the commissioning procedures.+≠
• Ensure the safety, health and welfare of the maintenance team is maintained to statuary high standards on a day to day basis.
• Advising the OIM in an emergency situation and assisting with emergency response co-ordination.
• Area Department Head when standing in as maintenance supervisor for the administration of the PTW systems including regular audits
• Planning and control of mechanical maintenance activities to meet requirements set out in the CMMS including the management of PM (SC) & CM backlogs. Ensuring compliance with procedures and vessel KPI.
