Responsible for all construction & pre-commissioning activities, ensuring these were carried out to project specifications and completion to MC1 stage. Technical approval and population of the Competency Training Plans (CMAS) for Azeri National Electrical Technicians. Part of the integrated Operations/Commissioning Team supervising National technicians during commissioning of equipment and systems, including 11KV, 690/400/230V distribution, 230V UPS and 110VDC battery charger systems, 690-11KV motors, 11KV Variable Frequency Drives coupled with magnetic bearings supporting gas export & recompression, ABB INSUM motor management and the Power Management System in preparation for plant start-up. Present duties include acting as Responsible Electrical Person/Area Authority for the high voltage distribution system, ensuring safe operations via electronic control of work system (eCOW). Daily operation, maintenance and diagnosis of complex faults on the electrical plant & equipment utilising the CMMS (Maximo). Proactive in the development of preventive maintenance routines, recommending changes or amendments to procedures based on equipment performance data analysis. Responsible for the development and assessment of the Azeri Electrical Technicians under the CMAS competency system to drive Nationalisation Programme.
