Marcus Hook Gas Refinery Expansion Project, Subcontractor Coordinator responsible for overseeing and coordinating the concrete, drainage and earthworks contracts on this $500M expansion project to an existing refinery. Works included a new propane, ethane and butane tank with associated process buildings, pipe lines, electricals, insulation and commissioning works.
 Held regular progress and safety meetings with sub-contractors and client

 Responsible for subcontractor compliance with safety rules and initiatives
 Checked and approved construction method statements
 Prepared and submitted constructions permits for excavations, hot works and confined spaces in this live facility.
 Reviewed job safety analysis steps to ensure hazards identified and controls put in place to reduce the risk of the hazards occurring.

Gorgon LNG Project, Australia. Civil Construction Manager responsible for the execution of the civil works on this $700M tank portion of this $70 billion dollar LNG terminal project in Western Australia. I oversaw the works of over 150 civil crew members including supervisory staff. This included excavation, concrete, reinforcement and pre stressing to tank bases, walls and roofs. Supervisory duties included
 Holding weekly progress meeting with sub-contractor to discuss progress , safety and quality performance
 Monitored actual man-hours spent to enable actual cost to be compared to estimate.
 Reviewed and approved execution plans and job safety analysis
 Prepared excavation permits and confined space permits
 Fully involved with the project safety culture (IIF) and encouraged participation from workforce.

Pluto LNG Project, Australia, Civil Superintendent responsible for ensuring the construction meets the design requirements and project safety standards. I monitored the progress of the civil subcontractor; ensuring the crew adhered to the safety standards and executed the works in accordance with the project specifications and drawings.
Regularly coordinated with other disciplines including design team to ensure the project objectives were met.
I reviewed the 2 and 3 weekly look ahead projects to ensure the resources were utilized efficiently.
