Review of Contractors equipment installation (static and rotating), Rotating equipment installed and commissioned include but not limited to Rolls Royce Turbines, Man turbo / Siemens Gas Export Compressors & Flash Gas Compressors (drive & driven) Identify and recommend resolutions of non-conformances and corrective actions. My duties involved the construction and commissioning of Taurus Centaur Turbines, Solar Mars LP, IP and Taurus HP compressors. Baroscopic inspections, water washes, fire and gas detection sensor setup. Pre-commissioning and dynamic commissioning of fire water diesel pumps, deluge system commissioning. I organized contract labor, general sub- system dynamic commissioning and diagnostic reports. Utilizing my Nebosh health and safety knowledge I prepare Hazid and Hazop, risk assessments and incorporating these into a best were reasonably practicable commissioning user friendly guide for SIMOPS and start up.
