I organized contract labor, general sub- system dynamic commissioning and diagnostic reports. Utilizing my Nebosh health and safety knowledge I prepare Hazid and Hazop, risk assessments and incorporating these into a best were reasonably practicable commissioning user friendly guide for SIMOPS and start up. Establishing preventative and corrective maintenance procedures for the safe operation of plant and equipment. Identifying commissioning and start up spare parts for mainly rotating equipment and giving support front end engineering design FEED advice to EPC contractors. Determine boundary isolations (red spade) and red lining P&IDS where necessary. Static equipment (heat exchangers pressure vessels etc) installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Mp5 maintenance on rotating and static equipment was a daily duty with maintenance teams. Developing maintenance plans, detailed preservation methods and monitoring of all equipment system packages, spare parts and materials. Three and six monthly PPM maintenance on all AD platform rotating equipment.
