Duties and responsibilities:
• Direct reporting to our company CEO and the Managing Director.
• Coordinate to our Engineers in the site and constant do the follow-up for their daily progress in the site.
• I am responsible for Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Economics
Department, Dubai Civil Defense and Tecom, Trakhees.
• I deal all the documentations needed for the finished project until we get the Completion
Certificate.
• Deal with queries from the clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Manage all the supports staff like our skilled labours, helpers, Drivers and even to our Sub- contractors.
• Assist marketing personnel and procurement personnel so that we get fast responds from the suppliers.
• Assist our accounts personnel to deal with client’s collections, banks for WPS salary for transfer every month.
• I do personally doing the scouting of Staff Accommodation, purchasing the entire appliance they needed.
• Being an Office Administration I make sure that all the office supplies, stocks in the pantries are all intact and it should be clean.
• I always updated my files, form soft copy to hard copy for my safety.
• The atmosphere of our office is like family, yes have some misunderstanding in terms of work related but end of the day we are good.
