Colombia - Salini Impregilo Group company. Chief Engineer in
the turnkey Project Ruta del Sol III. The project involved the
construction of approximately 850 km of motorway in Northen
Colombia with all related structures.

and Geology, Survey, Planning, and Quantity Survey.

Italy – Salerno Reggio Calabria Highway Lot VI
Deputy Works Manager responsible for all hearth moving activities
and in particular for the excavation with the drill and blast
tecnique, of 4 tunnel for a total length of 7.275 m with a section of
156.92 sqm. Construction of the access ramps to the bridges and
viaducts (1.5 Mmc of embankments, 2.6 Mmc excavation works).
Management of 45 persons plus various subcontractors

From 2007 to 2011 ASTALDI – FCC COSTRUZIONI
Romania - Basarab Overpass Project in Bucharest.
Works Manager responsible for all operational activities in the
construction of two bridges about 2 km long. The larger one is a
cable-stayed bridge with a span of about 250 meters crossing over the
Northern Railway Station tracks; the second one is an all-steel arch
structure with a span of 120 meters.

From 2004 to 2007 ASTALDI
Venezuela – Chief Engineer in the Caracas–Tuy Railway
Project.
The project as a whole involved the construction of 24 railway tunnels
(90 sqm section, total length 20.1 km) and 28 viaducts measuring a total
of 8.4 km, with shaft deep foundations, reinforced concrete piles with a
maximum height of 60 m and steel girders with spans varying from 30 to
95 m. About 1 Mmc of earthworks. Moreover, works to reinforce slopes
were performed along with laying of the permanent way and
electrification of the route for a length of 40 km.

From 2000 to 2004 Luzenac Val Chisone (Rio Tinto)
Italy - Technical Director of the Italian Company in charge for all
operational activities in two talc mines, one in Piemonte
(underground) and the other in Sardinia (open pit). Responsible for
the strict respect of safety regulations and standards as well as for
development of safety culture within all personnel.
Responsible for the production levels in terms of quantities
and quality (about 3,000 m/year – 6.25 sqm cross section of
production galleries and 900 m of access ramp – 36 sqm cross
section both with the drill and blast tecnique).

From 1997 to 2000 IMPREGILO GENERAL CONSTRUCTIONS
1999 – 2000 Chief Engineer
Do minican Republic: irrigation scheme for the development of
rice fields in a swamp area in the northern part of the republic.
The project was comprehensive of a dam, more than 200 km of
lined channels, 85 bridges, and all related infrastructures.

1997 – 1999 Technical Office Manager
Pakistan: Ghazi Barotha Hydro Power (dam, lined power channel,
84 bridges and all related infrastructures). Responsable of the
Technical Office, Survey and Planning.

From 1987 to 1997 RECCHI GENERAL CONSTRUCTIONS
Brief description of the positions held over the period in several
different projects both in Italy and abroad. Namely:
1. 1995 - 1997: Laos – Theun Hinboun Hydropower Project –
Dam, Diversion Tunnel (9 km) , Power Channel and Penstock
construction - Deputy Site Manager.
2. 1994 - 1995: Taiwan - Taipei - Hilan Expressway – Design,
preparation of construction drawings and works scheduling for the
construction of various viaducts for a total covered surface of about
40,000 sqm. Technical Office team Leader.
3. 1990 - 1992: Italy – Torino Bardonecchia Hyghway –
Construction of two suspended segmental precasted viaducts.
