Reporting to the shift leader, coordinating a shift team in a Combined Cycle Power Plant within an Oil Refinery Complex. The team is responsible with providing demineralized water (Cationic and Anionic Exchangers), steam (Boilers and HRSG), electric power (Gas and Steam Turbo-Generators), instruments air (Air Compressors and Dryers), cooling water (Cooling Towers), raw and potable (distribution only) water and supply of Fuel Oil to the Refinery production units
Aside from the operation, the team also evaluates the maintenance necessities of the equipment, execute first line maintenance (replacement of valve stem packing string, temperature and pressure gauge, flange gasket s and lubrication routines) and perform the necessary commissioning and decommissioning to hand it over to the maintenance department for more complex tasks
Provide “ON JOB” training for new collaborators
