Operates and manages multi-line telephones and routes incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Organizes and prioritizes front desk tasks such as managing and monitoring calendars for conference rooms, personal appointments meetings, and other events.
Performs general data entry, as well as updating list of supplier for our accountant record purposes.
Distributes correspondence and information to appropriate persons in the office/department.
Stocks supplies and keeps office inventory.
Signs for packages and receives mails. Sorts and distributes the office mail.
Keeps the front office area and any public areas in a neat and orderly condition.
Updates site office contact number, such as site Engineer’s, time keepers, as well as sub contractor’s contact number.
Performs other related clerical duties as required or deemed necessary.
