Developed methods and procedures to estimate, plan, schedule, and track cost of Fixed Equipment Assets during On-Stream Inspections, Corrosion Under Insulation, Tank Inspections and Routine NDE Requests. Facilitated schedule optimization meetings to improve schedule accuracy and quality. Was sought out to provide guidance to Planners and Primavera users on how to improve estimating and task out work activities. Partnered with the Refinery Prioritization Team Scheduler to start the development of Fixed Equipment Integrity Key Performance Indicators and bring the two work processes closer to alignment.
