• Responsible for the planning function of the all approved static equipment jobs included in the turnaround scope.
• Prepare work packages, Identify Activities, and load resources by using ROSSER software.
• Make a site visit to verify scope of work and location of the work, access needed, lifting requirement, insulation removal
• Identify turnaround activities; Estimate resources, durations, establish precedence, as the main input for the scheduling.
• Identify needs of assisted access (scaffolding, man-lifter), insulation removal as preparative activities for the static equipment related works. Notify to the Scaffolding Planner
• Identify flanged joints to be hot-bolting during the pre-turnaround phase; prepare hot-bolting plan
• Field tagging for the proper identification of the locations of the different static equipment works, which shall include blinds and valves locations.
• Work along with Material Planner and Warehouse personnel to do the Bag and Tag of the material requested for each Work Order, as part of the Pre-Turnaround activities.
• Work closely with the execution contractor to ensure his complete familiarization and commitment with the turnaround plan, which will be a key factor for the success of the turnaround.
• Prepare Work Instructions, Lifting Plans for the static equipment works under turnaround scope.
• Identify critical lifting operations to require a comprehensive rigging study.

Responsibilities & duties
Responsible for maintenance planning and scheduling of normal maintenance, shut downs / Turnarounds of offshore oil wells and GOSPS (Gas & Oil Separator Plant) which includes maintenance of static and rotating equipment’s, cathodic protection and subsea lines repairs through SAP PM/MM & MS PROJECT. Responsible mainly to ensure safe, reliable and
cost effective maintenance within budget and schedule, ensuring sufficient resource availability to support maintenance, meeting applicable standards for smooth and safe operation of above plants.
• Create New equipment number and Functional location in the SAP System thru (IE01/IL01)
• Create Preventive/ Predictive maintenance Plan and Item in the SAP system thru (IP04/IP42/ IP10)
• Create Task list/ job list for preventive Maintenance work order in the SAP system thru Transaction ZI0005/IA01
• Conduct site visits & discuss with concerned work originators to estimate the exact scope of works for planned maintenance activities.
• To provide planning system support for routine and non-routine work activities through close liaison with area Plant Engineers/Specialist, Technical, Maintenance and operations personnel to ensure plant reliability and extended period of uninterrupted operation.

• Update planned maintenance activities in the system (SAP PM) and verification of all resources for maintenance jobs.
• Compile and issue monthly maintenance progress reports of planned man hours, actual man hours, man power utilization, material cost and maintenance cost.
• Review maintenance backlog /schedule compliance, planning effectiveness and provide solution to catchup delays.
