Summary
I worked here as part of a team of ten Training Specialist under the care of a Training Manager (Human and Resource Department). We are assigned to train the election key players as well as to create manuals and troubleshooting guides. In addition, we screen bulk applicants that will be endorsed for training. I have already experienced training a lot of batches with different candidate requirements as well as different types of training materials.
I also worked as a Marketing Executive for First Group International (Dubai). This company is known for supplying a lot of branded products such as Maisto and Intex. I am reporting directly to the sales and marketing manager and assigned to do a lot of research for the company’s prospective brands.
I also gained extensive experience in research, analysis and admin tasks when I worked with Thomson Reuters for four years as a Research Analyst/Admin for Economics Department. Thomson Reuters has been a very significant part of my career not only for being an analyst but this is where I gained my trainer certificate. I am very fortunate to be able to undergo a lot of training and workshops (ie. soft skills training, data mining, research and six sigma) that mold me to be flexible in any job roles.
