• Managed a team of 25 members with overall accountability for smooth supply & distribution, logistic operations of 3 Marketing Terminals (IMC Limited, NCS Industries Pvt. Ltd & SSS Pvt. Ltd.); hired by Reliance at Kakinada. All 3 terminals had a total storage capacity of 44500 KL of HSD & 4000 KL of MS.

Responsibilities as Deputy Manager (FCC- Operations) and Terminal In charge – Petroleum Business group:
• Involved in project activities viz. review of all project documents for FCC Unit (UOP, Bechtel, Vendors) and preparation of operation manuals, standard operating procedures, start up procedures, emergency procedures and their subsequent revision after plant commissioning.
• Preparation of operation manuals, standard operating procedures, start up procedures, emergency procedures, etc.
• Effectively handled operations for reactor, regenerator, power recovery train, wet gas compressors, and different columns like main fractionation column, de-ethaniser, de-propaniser, de-butaniser, de-pentaniser and de-isohexaniser.

• Ensured strict adherence to ISO 9002 / 14000 standards for QC & Environmental Protection measures.
