Sporting fields, athletic ring, open natural theater, kiosks, cafeterias, and naturalized walking ways. Additionally Al-Wahda Sports Complex [Administration Building, 20 rooms Players Motel Building, Changing Room Building, 1,000 spectator capacity Crowd Stand, and all related sports fields].

Achievements:
 Realigned the structure of project organization resulting in dramatically increased profit (not publishing due to confidentiality reason) and decreased schedule time.
 Increased the quality and speed of the work on construction site and made the Project a reference for the Company to get granted with the new projects in the area.
 Completed without any lost time incident.
 The complete work schedule has been prepared, and developed by myself.

We built water treatment plant and its facilities with whole infrastructure and electro/mechanical works, including clariflocculators, rapid sand filter buildings, chlorine contact tanks, chlorine and chemical dosing buildings, pump stations, electrical buildings, elevated tanks, workshop buildings, offices, guard houses, service roads, soft/hard landscaping etc. in the plant, also in Dohuk city several water reservoirs, and water transmission pipelines between the reservoirs, and the plant.

Achievements:
 Achieved high profit ratio (not publishing due to confidentiality reason).
 The complete work schedule has been prepared, and developed by myself.
 Played key role on tender team that successfully granted with another similar project in Shaqlawa region, benefiting from all data output of the Dohuk Project.
 Played leading role on team that implemented ERP system at HQ.

Sun Plaza, the first hypermarket-anchored shopping mall in Romania, building of 4 levels, total 215,000 sqm construction area, Sun Plaza is an “All inclusive” shopping center, an oasis for shopping and relaxation, with green areas especially designed for lounge. The mall will be anchored by a Cora hypermarket, Baumax DIY store, Mobexpert furniture store and Multiplex cinemas, while also offering an exciting two level shopping with 155 shops and an extensive choice of restaurants and leisure activities with 4 entertainment areas. The commercial mix is carefully established to allow an optimal mix of shops, restaurants and entertainment units, open parking space for 206 cars, closed space for 1915 cars.

Achievements:
 Completed without any lost time incident.
 Dramatically increased the speed of construction establishing and supervising a big fully equipped precast yard.
 Took full control of steel structure activities on site including manufacturing process supervision and shipment organization.

• IKEA Distribution Center Extension, Esipovo Project, in Moscow (Jan 2005 - Mar 2006): Project value 26,134,016.-Euro. Total construction area 45,000 sqm. Turnkey construction project of 33 meter high electronically controlled Master Distribution Centre with technological installation, infrastructure works, roads, site improvements, landscaping works, etc.
• Merloni Electrodomestici Master Distribution Center, in Lipetsk (May 2004 - Jun 2005): Project value 16,600,000.-Euro. 60,000 sqm closed construction area, 55,000 sqm asphalt, and hard/soft landscaping area. Turnkey construction of steel structure master distribution center with technological installation, infrastructure works, roads, car parks, site improvements, etc.
• Merloni Washing Machine Factory, in Lipetsk (Mar 2003 - May 2004): Project value 9,884,720.-Euro. 30,000 sqm closed construction area. Steel structure factory building with technological installation, infrastructure works, roads, car parks, site improvements, etc.

Achievements:
 Used new construction techniques to overcome the difficulties of hard climate conditions in Russia to meet the work schedules.
 Developed organization systems to reach better and faster production on site within the budget limits.
 Established well project organization with highly productive work on site meeting Client’s satisfaction in Merloni projects. Using this as reference the Company was granted with IKEA project as one of the most important milestones in its history.

 All change order preparations and receiving all approvals (approximately 10% of the original contract value) using the DCC (Document Control Center) and archive system perfectly built by myself.
 Strong contribution in building and developing the complete work schedule.
 Established a network covered all construction site offices and provided real-time/online technical office service to the others so that reduced the project expenses.

The campus is located on the Asian side of Istanbul, having an area of 125.000 square meters, with 223.000 square meters of covered area. Inspired by Selchuk architecture, the Campus comprises educational and social facilities which are surrounded by two student hotels with a capacity of 4.400 students. The entrances to the buildings are through grand portals, some of which have a height of 22 meters. With their well-lit courtyards, these are modern structures with the typical features of Selchuk architecture. The façades are covered with natural stones brought from Anatolia.
