Summary
I am currently working as the Project Engineering Advisor in Kabul Afghanistan Responsible for the advising the Kabul Air Wing ( KAW) Afghani officers on all aspects concerning facilities and construction work and management for all of their 65 building/ facilities as well as Aircraft hangers , Power Plants, Water and Waste Water treatment Plants, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overseeing compliance with QC/Safety Programs.

•Managed multiple projects involving roadway construction of dirt and concrete with ditches and drainage systems (4) of these projects in the Northern Training Area of Okinawa Japan covering over 100 miles of dense forest. Constructed heavy timber bridges and driven piles for erosion control, piers and bridge abutments including dead-man anchoring systems.
Led and directed training and development of 130 personnel, Oversaw electronic record keeping for all evolutions, for classes, weapons training, and field exercises.
•Previous experience with pile driving operations for pier construction to include quay walls, coastal reclamation, concrete abutment’s with dead men and rock protection structures and general marine works constructed as dry works and with the marine environment.
