Summary

I have essentially been an educator since I graduated High School, from teaching music to children and Psychology to my younger peers at university and later, English to children in China, followed by three years of teaching High School Math at a Bilingual school in Shanghai. I pride myself in obtaining a level of absolute competence from me and those who I work with. Many occasions I have been tasked with the responsibility of mentoring and guiding a team to meet certain criteria from the Education Board. I find my leadership skills to possess an essence of patience that allowed the trainee to embrace his or her own method and still feeling confident that their development was progressing. I am extremely adaptable and courteous towards other cultures and places that could strain a person's comfort. I hope my ambition becomes apparent in our future conversation.
